Data hosting and retention
Throughout the product design, data security and retention was top of the list. That is why we have kept data retention to an absolute minimum, we are only saving the data that we need, nothing more.
The product is developed and deployed on to MicroSoft Azure environment, which is a cloud hosting service, this means our product is ultra scaleable and recilliate. Which ensures any downtime is extremely rare. Your data is securely stored encrypted in transit and at rest, in their UK data centres.
Azure host some of the largest UK companies such as BP, Centrica, LV and Clear Bank.
Security
You and your tenants data is stored within two MS Azure data centres within the UK. Physical security at these sites is of the highest order.

Virtual security is equally as high, at every step of the journey there is dual authentication and each clients data is ring fenced, so only their users can have access to the data. In the extremely unlikely event a hack takes place, all of the data is encrypted in transit and at rest, so if they do steal it, they cannot do anything with it.
Regulatory
We are registered with the ICO and follow their guidelines to the letter with all aspects of their control especially around GDPR.
Our payment providers are fully FCA regulated and accredited with the with their areas of expertise requirements such as PCI DSS for card payments and BACS approval for Direct Debits.
